6km cross country tomorrow, out in Warragul (now what is with Warrigal road, different spelling and nothing to do with Warragul the suburb, very confusing), must consult Melways ‘cos I have no idea where it is, just a vague notion of which direction.
By all accounts I am in for some real cross country tomorrow with water ditches and even a fence to contend with, should be fun. Also supposed to be quite a hilly course, needless to say time is not really an issue, just get around as best I can and try not to fall over 
Along with the Great Train Race the next day I am in for a tough weekend of running so I decided to take the day off today.
Busy day at work, I was only off for 2 days, how is it that I got so many damn e-mails?
By the way, Sam Newman is an idiot, but I am a woman so clearly have no business expressing an opinion. Not even really worth ranting about to be honest, he is just a dottery old fool who should be put out to pasture, the sad thing is that he has had so much work done on his face that you tend to forget how old he really is.
