Water Running
Because I ran on Tuesday I did Tuesday’s pool session today.
5 minutes warm up
2 set of 6 by 2:30 hard with 30 second recoveries and 2 minutes easy between sets
5 minutes cool down
I did my cool down without the floatation belt in the shallow end, the water was probably just under chest height and I did these weird “running” laps.
It was brilliant tonight, I pretty much had the whole general play area to myself. Part of the pool on the other side was closed for filming, god knows what, probably Neighbours or some kids afternoon drama, they seemed to spend the hour I was there doing the same thing over and over again. There were also notices up every where asking people not to take photo’s, damn I forgot my camera, I am sure if I were able to smuggle out some pics of some generic TV drama being filmed I’d have been able to sell them for tens of dollars to TV Week.
I don’t have a copy of my own bone scan to show you all, but I have found one on the internet that is similar to mine, except I had the hotspot on both legs, have a look here, obviously the hot spot is the dark mark.
Ramblings
I really wish I was one of those gracious sweet natured people, but I am not, I am a Narky Bitch 
I never back away from a fight and I MUST have the last word and god help anyone who comes at me with an aggressive attitude. You’ve heard of Flight or Fight, I always fight baby, always! I am like one of those siamese fighting fish.
Well, it’s a long and boring story, but needless to say there is now someone else on my floor at work who will be sticking pins on the communal Em Voodoo Doll. I am not saying I was entirely in the right, but I wasn’t entirely in the wrong either and if I have to answer the door one more time to couriers hammering on it because the lazy arse business unit I share a floor with never pick up their phones, grrrr, I don’t know what I’ll do, probably get Narky with someone 
Still, Narky as I am, I am lovable in my own way, I hope.
Perhaps another glass of wine will help.
