Session at Olympic Park today after an extended warm up, 300×5 with 90 second recovery then 6 minute recovery and 200×4 with 90 second recovery.

Again because speed is still alluding me it was an exercise in good form, I think once I warmed up my form was pretty good, it felt good anyway.
Had a fall of rain during the session which was lovely, then a great big perfect rainbow afterwards.
Feel lousy tonight, struggling a bit with my confidence. It’s something I need to work out for myself. I’ve had a rough couple of weeks, the break from work will do me good and a chilled out couple of days in Qld with my sister will recharge my batteries.
