42 Km along the Warby Trail this morning.
Running
Rest day today with 20km planned for tomorrow. With some slightly cooler weather on the cards for next week I can hopefully get up to a 6 day week again. These early morning have been killing me, I want to get back to running in the afternoons, after finishing 3 solid weeks after returning from injury it is time to get the mileage up.
I am thinking 70 to 75Km per week as a good base minimum, does that seem reasonable?
